I had watched another video similar to this, but it did not have the inside of the mouth part. That was a game changer for me. The second I did the rainbows I could feel my sinuses open up with the drainage flowing. I’m so excited to keep this since I have severe allergies without relief. Thank you!
Omg thankyou! Suffering with full ear for a month but last tip and was v sore in my mouth but i can feel it draining!! Feels a lit better than it did and i can hear better. Sinuses sore elsewhere too. Its probably my allergies , time to juice for a while.
Wow this video relieved my pain. Thabk you so much, I was having sinus issue again after a year. I was diagnosed with allergies and there was actually a trapped mucus on my eustaschian tube. Now I don't have to take any pain reliever and mucolytic
It moves the flow and pushes blockage from the lymphatic system. Also the tubes in your ears can get clogged in your throat and then inflammation happens. Can cause build us and infections, and this just promotes it to drain out so that you don’t get a pounding ear ache. Your sinuses can also be drained, and humming is another technique that causes flow and drainage of unwanted build up. Study your anatomy, it’s very useful and great information 😁
Hello Dr. Cassidy & Dr. Jess, thank you for this video but I do not quite see where you press your finger, the kameraman did not shoot it properly. Can you please let me know where the exact point to pressure is and do you think people can do this at home themselves?
How often should we do this to get the fluid out of the ear after a cold? Also is your finger behind her teeth or in front of it when you did the molar massage?
We recommend doing it 3x a day if possible but truly as often as you little will let you! You will want to go behind the teeth / past the molars -- you will feel a little nodule [ the lymph node! ] and that is where you will want to massage. Let us know if you have more questions!

@@MelissaThompson-nr8dr and most likely you have a retracted eardrum too. That's what my ENT doctor has told me when he diagnosed me
@@kazg0091 What symptoms did you have?
@ a severely painful ear(tube) when chewing and swallowing
🥹🥲 I’ve been miserable. Thank you 🙏🏽
Can you demonstrate how to drain the submandibular nodes? Thank you.
Thank you so much! That was amazing!
What is the medical explanation for this..i had very severe ear pain,as soon as did this, the pain drastically reduced..what really happened

Whats rainbow out ?
curvy arc-like moves?
Can i do this laying down?
Yes you can.
It was a little fast for me to process-had to watch twice
Hi what is rainbow out?
You will use your finger to ‘draw a rainbow’ on the roof of the mouth. Start in the center and swoop out towards the ear
